Dr. Saeed Razaq is a dedicated physician who graduated from Kabir Medical College in Peshawar, Pakistan, where he also completed his internal medicine residency and cardiology fellowship. Most recently, Dr. Raziq completed a Nephrology fellowship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, which reinforced his passion for delivering holistic and patient-centered care. Outside of medicine, Dr. Razaq enjoys running, weightlifting, reading history, traveling, exploring nature and spending quality time with his family. He is excited to be joining Crestwood Medical Center’s Internal Medicine Residency Program, a place that reflects his values of compassionate and comprehensive care. Its a community-based setting that will allow him to provide all-rounded attention to his nephrology patients—including their primary care needs—while maintaining a healthy balance with family life. Dr. Razaq is looking forward to growing as a physician and building a meaningful future in this community.
