Pam Hudson, M.D.

Executive Advisor, Graduate Medical Education

Dr. Pam Hudson is a family physician who has been at Crestwood Medical Center for more than 30 years and served as CEO for the last 16 years. Prior positions include senior executive roles as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Hudson has focused on the launch of Crestwood’s Medical Education Program since the summer of 2022.

Trained in Family Medicine, Dr. Hudson received her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine. She completed her Family Practice Internship and Residency at the School of Primary Medical Care at the University of Alabama in Huntsville. She practiced family and sports medicine as well as emergency medicine for nearly 10 years before engaging full time in hospital and medical staff leadership positions. She also holds a Certificate in Medical Management from Tulane University in conjunction with the American College of Physician Executives.

Dr. Hudson has been a member of the boards of directors of Phoenix Industries, Randolph School, and UAH Foundation, the John Stallworth Foundation and is a former Director of the Board of the Birmingham Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta and the Board of the Community Foundation of Greater Huntsville. Dr. Hudson is a graduate of Leadership Greater Huntsville Class 14 and a graduate of Leadership Alabama and a member of the Huntsville Madison County Chamber of Commerce.
