Dr. Ariana Daftarian was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia where she attended Georgia Tech. She graduated from the Georgia Campus of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and chose Crestwood’s Family Medicine Program because she saw it as an opportunity to help develop and modernize a program in an established community medical center. She was also struck by the director’s thorough, well-rounded experience and the assistant director’s faculty development fellowship. With a clear design to be supportive, Crestwood’s Family Medicine Program has residents from all over the world, a diverse patient population, and incredible elective opportunities. It is dedicated to creating a place where residents can learn and grow. The program’s emphasis on learning, mentorship, and interprofessional teamwork align perfectly with her values.
Outside of Medicine, she loves intermittent fasting, Glucose Goddess, Orange Theory, and getting 7 hours of sleep. Her hobbies include exercising, dancing, traveling, reading, painting, and cooking. She also enjoys spending time with her fiance, family, and friends, live music, gardens, art museums, and trying new restaurants and recipes.
Dr. Daftarian looks forward to serving the Huntsville area and bettering the community as a whole; she strives to be universally approachable and will work to improve both the mental and physical health of her patients.
