Dr. Halilova chose Crestwood because she believed that my career goals were aligned well with the opportunities offered at the Crestwood Medical Center. She was especially excited about the well-planned didactics and the opportunity to work with and learn directly from faculty and battendings during clinical service. Moreover,Dr. Halilova thought moving to Huntsville would provide a great quality of life, including the abundant outdoor opportunities like the beautiful Monte Sano State Park.

Dr. Halilova looks forward to becoming a successful physician who can confidently navigate the challenges of clinical care and educate future generation of physicians, identify research and care gaps, and develop sustainable solutions in a healthcare system serving the most vulnerable patients and their clinicians. She envisions providing culturally and spiritually sensitive personalized care to a range of patients, including cancer survivors and complex patients in a primary care setting.
